Resident’s Social Security Info Used by Unknown Offender for Small Business Administration Loan – Chicago Tribune

Ana Ramirez-Perez, 22, of the 300 block of Mill Road, Addison, was charged with battery and criminal damage to property at 12:13 a.m. on June 3.

Ashley Jacox, 25, of the 3500 block of West Douglas Boulevard, Chicago, was charged with two counts of household battery at 2:24 a.m. on June 4.

Criminal damage to property

Graffiti was found in the parking lot at First Street, 175 W. First St., reported at 3:45 p.m. June 2.

Graffiti was found on a ceiling support beam on the third level of the Addison parking lot, 149 N. Addison Ave., apparently laid there between June 4 and June 6.

Theft by deception

In another similar incident at 5:34 p.m. on May 31, an unknown suspect convinced an employee of Jimmy John’s, 696 W. In all three incidents, the suspect is described as a middle-aged, balding or bald white male.
