Duties and Responsibilities:
- Action and resolution of IM (Incident Management) tickets
- Action and resolution of CIM (Critical Incident Management) tickets as needed
- Relaunch and lead PM (Problem Management) tasks
- tickets as identified
- Action and coordinate CM (Change Management) tasks and tickets as needed
- Assist user departments in writing system requirements documentation based on business processes
- Perform daily system handover and start-up tasks to ensure operational readiness of systems
- Ensure that all processes have been investigated/considered to achieve user requirement specifications
- Propose and review system design and evaluate alternatives
- Develop system solutions that meet quality and delivery requirements
